Karen has been creating and delivering standout events for over 20 years. With a background in political and public communications, she’s worked on everything from high-security summits and international visits to corporate launches, conferences, and public engagement campaigns. Karen’s collaborative style, strategic thinking, and attention to detail mean she knows exactly how to turn a client’s objectives into flawless, results-driven events.
Con O’Donoghue
Managing Director
Con is the steady hand that keeps every project on track. He’s an expert in turning big ideas into well-structured action plans that deliver on time and on budget. A certified Belbin Team Roles Practitioner with training in NLP and Executive Coaching, Con brings people together, keeps communication clear, and ensures events run seamlessly from start to finish.
Sinead O’Malley
Project Administrator
Sinead is the behind-the-scenes organiser who makes sure every detail is ready to go. She supports Karen and Con across all projects, managing appointments, coordinating logistics, and preparing for key milestones. From the National Enterprise Awards to Ireland’s Best Young Entrepreneur, Sinead has helped deliver some of Ireland’s most high-profile events with efficiency and a smile.
